Dalian Neusoft University of Information is located in Dalian, an "International Garden City" and a key maritime and land convergence point in China's northeastern open frontier under the Belt and Road Initiative. 2023 年学校新建两所附属医院，2025 年新增附属康复医院，同步推进东软教育健康医疗科技园建设，实现医工、教医深度融合，为中国老龄化社会发展贡献力量。
